Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has hosted its annual AUNZ VIP Partner Retreat in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, bringing together senior executives from leading online travel agencies and consortia partners across Australia and New Zealand.
The retreat recognised the contribution of NCL’s key trade partners, with a program of networking, dining and activities across the region.
The event began at Chandon with a Behind the Bubbles experience and degustation dinner, before moving to Balgownie Estate for lawn games, archery, vineyard-side yoga and wine tasting.
Attendees also received personalised gifts, including JULY tote bags, NCL caps and Chandon champagne bottle stoppers.
Following the retreat, many guests joined the NCL team at ATIA’s Beyond Borders conference and the National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA), where the cruise line won Most Outstanding Marketing Campaign – Supplier.
“Our trade partners are such an important part of our success, and this retreat is our way of saying thank you for their incredible support,” NCL director of sales AU/NZ Angela Middleton said.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to spend quality time together, strengthen the relationships we’ve built and celebrate the people who continue to champion NCL across Australia and New Zealand.”
The annual retreat forms part of NCL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen relationships with its trade partners across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
