Heavens Portfolio Australia hosted an exclusive Travelcall famil to Cambodia, taking top luxury advisors from Phnom Penh to the Cardamom Mountains.
The journey combined luxury, adventure and conservation, centred on a stay at Shinta Mani Wild – one of Southeast Asia’s most lauded wilderness camps.
Led by Heavens Portfolio Australia managing director Chrissy Lincoln, the group comprised Travelcall owner, Anthony Goldman, and three of his top luxury travel advisors: Kate Arnst, Vanessa Mackie and Jo Bailey.
Following a night at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh, the group was transported to Shinta Mani Wild in the Cardamom Mountains. Arrival at the property comes with a choice: drive in, or zip-line. Zip-lining was the majority decision.
A wild escape
The second zip-line crosses the river and lands guests directly at the bar, where general manager Jacky Collett-Stevens and her team were waiting with a custom negroni.
The group then enjoyed sunset cocktails in a jungle clearing, served from a jeep converted into a bar.
Conservation is a key pillar at Shinta Mani Wild, and the Travelcall team came face to face with it, spending the following morning with the rangers who protect the surrounding forest from poachers.
Next came mountain biking, with overnight rain making for a muddy ride as ‘adventure butlers’ Robin and Daniel guided the group through potholes and pointed out local sights along the route.
For the duration of their stay, the advisors enjoyed unlimited spa treatments and a constantly changing menu.
